Construction Survey Guidance System [Survey Navigation 3D]

Inducing structures without braces.

This is a system that uses the automatic tracking function of a total station and a 360° prism to perform positioning, excavation, and installation guidance of structures (such as U-shaped ditches, L-shaped gutters, and pedestrian and vehicle block paving) without the need for setting up reference lines. Its simple configuration allows for use in various measurement applications on different sites. In exterior construction work, it enables easy confirmation of gradients and design heights. For exterior construction such as parking lots, it allows for the creation of a TIN considering water gradients, making height verification at any desired location straightforward. Additionally, the absence of reference lines improves the work efficiency and quality of roadbed and subgrade construction. NETIS: KT-160072-VR This system was jointly developed with Taisei Rotec Co., Ltd. and Chiyoda Soki Co., Ltd. Patent number: No. 6420734

Construction Surveying Guidance System "Sokkou Navi 3D"

Easy pile driving and radiation! A surveying system that enables "no string line" at road construction sites with one-man surveying.

"Measurement Navigation 3D" is a system that allows for the positioning and installation guidance of structures during road construction and similar tasks using an automatic tracking total station and a 360-degree prism, all managed by a single operator. It can read and utilize three-dimensional design data (LandXML), CSV, and DXF. By constructing surface data (TIN), it is possible to instantly grasp the difference between the designed and actual heights at any point, such as the subgrade. 【Features】 ■ 3D Layout - A series of tasks from excavation to the installation of structures can be performed without layout stakes. ■ TIN Management - Using three-dimensional route data and TIN surfaces, it is easy to measure the design heights and actual conditions of fields such as roads and parking lots. ■ Efficiency - Construction surveying tasks on-site, such as pile driving radii, can also be managed by a single operator. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
